Within Canada:
All Canadian orders are in CAD$ and will be charged 5% GST. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Parcels are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canadapost and can take 2-10 business days to reach you. 

Tracking numbers are sent via a Bigcommerce email. Check your spam box if you cannot find it. You can track your order through www.canadapost.ca.

For the USA:

Please note that all orders purchased through this site are charged in CAD$, as we are a Canadian company. The exchange rate will vary depending on the day, your bank and/or your credit card company.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

When orders are shipped, you will receive an email from Bigcommerce that contains your tracking number. Check the spam box of your email if you cannot find it. If you need your tracking number, email us at info@buysoapnuts.com

 Light packages (trial size soapnuts, scrub pads, soap, tea tree oil etc) are sent USA Air Small Packet and can take 6-12 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. These light parcels will not have a tracking number, nor is it available.


Heavier parcels (500g or 1kg soapnuts etc) are shipped USA Expedited Parcel and can take 5-10 business days, and will be given a tracking number. Orders can be traced through www.canadapost.ca and also through www.usps.com, once it has entered the USA.

Please take into account that some parcels will get held up in customs, and that the postal system is swamped during the Christmas season. Please take a few extra days before contacting us regarding your missing parcel.

 If paying with Paypal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us for a wrong address.

 

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, though you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
